This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Verano Solutions BV ("Company") and governs your use of the Pata Brava application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
The App may contain links to third-party services. The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
